Mr Khemraj Nanhu

Mr Nanhu is a highly experienced consultant in strategic planning, sector studies, change evaluation, monitoring and evaluation, project management, programme design, financial management and governance. He has led several groups of consultants throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America and has designed and undertaken consultancies for multi-lateral agencies including the IDB, and Caribbean Development Bank. Mr. Nanhu has also undertaken strategic planning consultancies for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, the Suriname Postal Corporation and the Caribbean Fisheries, Training and Development Institute and has over ten years banking experience with financial intermediaries regionally.

Permanent Secretary

Mr Carl Ansel Francis

Mr Francis currently holds the position of Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Institute of International Relations, St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago and has extensive training in diplomacy, negotiations, international trade and foreign policy formulation and execution. He served in various divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the distinction of being appointed the first Protocol Officer to the Prime Minister at the Office of the Prime Minister in 1987. A former career diplomat for over two decades, he served as a Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister assigned to the National Secretariat for the Summit of the Americas, in the capacity of Director of Protocol.

Mr Adrian Regan Singh

Mr Adrian Regan Singh is a Senior Executive with 19 years experience in Financial Management and Accounting, Strategic Planning, Local and International Marketing, Brand Development, Export Development, Supply Chain management and E Commerce. He is currently the Group Business Development Manager of the Rahamut Group of Companies which is involved in the Energy Sector, where he oversees a number of the business' operations. Prior to that, he was deputy CEO of Sacha Cosmetics Ltd, directing all aspects of the business including domestic and international sales.

Mr Omar is currently the Executive Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS), Chairman of the CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) and a member of the OSHA Authority. He has extensive experience in strategic competitiveness and performance control systems, business processes reengineering, finance, industrial relations and project management. He was responsible for market development during his tenure at Citibank Trinidad and Tobago Limited.

Ms Natasha Mustapha-Scott

Ms Mustapha-Scott has been the CEO of the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association for five years. She is credited as being instrumental in professionalizing and re-structuring the TTMA Secretariat and for overseeing the growth and expansion of the annual Trade and Investment Convention (TIC). Ms Mustapha-Scott holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Law from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. She has extensive experience in export development and competitiveness including serving on the Boards of, inter alia, the Export Centres Company Ltd, Cuba Trade Facilitation Ltd, Caribbean Services Business Limited, and the CSME - Business Advisory Committee. Prior to this, she was employed at MDC-UM Ltd where she held positions of Marketing Manager, General Sales Manager and Export Sales Manager.

Karen de Montburn

Ms de Montburn currently owns and directs Marc One Marine Supplies Ltd, as well as, the St Dominic's Pastoral Centre. In her former twenty two year tenure at the Bermudez Group Ltd, she worked her way up to eventually hold positions of Regional Supply Chain and Logistic Manager, as well as, New Trade Development Manager of the Group. Her former Board memberships include, the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association (President) and the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute. Her vast network of associates extends within the Caribbean and North America.

Mr Ramesh Tiwari

Mr Ramesh Tiwari has 25 years experience with the Canadian Government having worked in the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He was responsible for the promotion of Canadian Trade, Technology and Services in T&T, Guyana and Suriname in the energy sector. Mr. Tiwari was involved in alliance building and business facilitation through the planning and execution of various multi-sector trade and investment missions both in T&T and Canada, as well as, establishing relations with Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the TTMA, EMA and various Ministries of Government. In 2004 he served on the Board of the National Agricultural Marketing and Development Company which was responsible for the development of the food industry in Trinidad and Tobago.

Mr Anthony K. Christmas

Mr. Anthony K. Christmas has over thirty years experience in the areas of Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Mr. Christmas has been an Associate Lecturer with the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, UWI St. Augustine, for the past six years. His areas of specialization are Finance, Marketing and International Business. He has served in senior management positions in companies such as Xerox of Canada; Imperial Electric, Canada; National Insurance Property Development Company (NIPDEC); Neal & Massy Holdings; and Central Marketing Agency (NAMDEVCO). Mr. Christmas currently works as an independent Business Consultant.
