Mr. Albert Chow joined the BDC in December 2007

Mr. Albert Chow is the President of the Business Development Company Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Caribbean Leasing Company Limited.

Mr. Chow has a Master's degree in Marketing from Lancaster University and is also a Certified Accountant.

Mr. Chow has enjoyed success in several senior management positions over the past 20 years in both the private and public sectors ranging from manufacturing, marketing and distribution in food, beverage, cement, personal care and pharmaceuticals industry. He has also served on several Boards in the private sector in Trinidad and Tobago.

Vice President, Business Development

Ms. Annelle Joachim is the holder of a B.Sc. Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. In 2001, she went on the earn an International MBA, with a major in International Marketing, from the previous U.W.I. Institute of Business, now the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Ms. Joachim has also completed additional studies in Project Management and Advanced Spanish and is a Certified Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor.

Her work experience spans thirteen (13) years and has been diverse, with three years spent in the area of Customer Service Delivery and six years in regional export. As an Export Co-ordinator, Brand Manager, and Export Sales Representative she was afforded the opportunity to travel throughout the Caribbean region. Her work in the export arena has taken her to the OECS islands, French and Dutch Caribbean Islands, Suriname, Jamaica, and Barbados.

She has been involved in the area of Business Development for the past three and a half years at the Business Development Company Limited where she now holds the position of Vice President, Business Development.
